Hello,
I am just finishing up API and was told that I'll be sent off to Corpus Christi at the end of this month. The condo that I live in now will be available at the beginning of September. I know it was really hard to find a 1BR this nice at this price when I first got here, so I wanted to give a heads up to anyone who might wanna snag this place.
Its at 13500 Sandy Key Dr, Perdido Key FL 32507. Its a 1BR, fully furnished. Everything in the place is really nice. Its 50 yards from the beach, located on the 4th floor so you can see the ocean. Complex has a pool and whatnot. Its called Grand Caribbean. Rent is $950 and includes cable. With everything totaled up, its a little below single persons BAH. It was nice to have this place for the few months I was down here.
