Seeking 1 responsible tenant to share 2 bedroom, 1 bath historic home. Bedroom for rent is completely furnished with queen-size bed, desk, dresser, and recliner. Full use of the house as any good roommate would assume. Home is a beautifully renovated historic bungalow with hardwood floors, washer/dryer, wireless internet, fenced backyard, detached 1 car garage, & front porch with rocking chairs.

Convenience: 5 minute drive from NAS JAX. The home is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants (Starbucks, Publix, Panera Bread Company, Moe's, Longhorn, CVS Pharmacy, UPS, Planet Smoothie, Subway, Longhorn steakhouse, Japanese Habachi steakhouse, Sushi, Crispers). Home is in the Avondale/Riverside area, nearby Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Downtown, Cecil Field, St. Vincent's Hospital, UF Shands Hospital, Orange Park Medical Center, Baptist Health, and CSX.

Rates: $950 monthly rent plus 1/2 utilities, or a flat rate of $1050 that includes all utilities (water, electric, cable, and high-speed wireless internet). Weekly all-inclusive rates available if needed. References will be requested.

Pets: 1 well-behaved and housebroken dog is welcome with open arms, as the property owner has 1 very calm and laid-back male dog who enjoys a canine companion to spend the day lounging about the house with.
