I’ve heard from others that I’ve been selected, but I still haven’t heard from my recruiter, almost like he ghosted me. What should I do?

Definitely go to his office. Even if he's not there, I'm sure all the recruiters there have access to the same info.

waiting for immediate select, sent in may 19th (so i don't know if i'm supposed to be on this post anyway) and he said he hasn't heard back yet today. here's hoping.

You would've just missed the May board. The next board isn't until July. Hopefully you get answers soon!

Fingers crossed, you're in. But your recruiter is completely inconsiderate for choosing to go on vacation right around the time that results are supposed to come out without informing his applicants so that they aren't just sitting around thinking the worst.

He's not wrong for needing a vacation, he's just dead wrong for not saying anything. Thank God for this forum though.

FINSEL will normally come out shortly before leaving for OCS.

I'm wanting to apply for SWO or Suppo for the next board. Unfortunately I dont qualify for immediate selection. To those who got picked up-- what did your GPA/ OAR scores look like? I have a 3.0 GPA with Bachelors science in Psych. Currently studying for my OAR

GPA- 3.39 bachelors and 3.69 for masters

Field of study- Business administration and finance. (MBA) . I advise you to study the material posted in this website the one with PDFs for the OAR you'll ace it

Same thing happened to me. I ended up going to the office and someone else gave me my results while my recruiter was on leave.
