You do realize the USN is part of the Government? Think about what makes sense then think about what the opposite of that would be, that is what will happen.

Looking at the previous board result files, they have been uploaded mostly in the mornings and the days are all over the place. So other than that, there is 0 decernable pattern minus the fact that results have come out eventually. Aviation results came out Wednesday 22Jul at 0921 Central.

Also, the chief who would upload the results gets in at 0900 central so I wouldnt bother checking before then.
