@ChuckMK23 ...so is the Waltham A13A the clock that was in the T-34C and/or the TH-57B/C and/or the SH-60B? If I could get a confirmation that it was in any of those aircraft, the almighty boss [wife unit] may allow me to purchase one.

Can I get one with you holding a gun in one hand and flipping the bird with the other?
Ummm...not now...maybe later. All my guns are in @ChuckMK23 ’s gun safe [thanks again, Chuck] since I don’t have a gun safe.

For now, the pics below will have to do...

The first pic is my last day on patrol with the Cincinnati Police Department in 2006 [preflighting the Remington 870 12ga shotgun] when I was recalled from pilot furlough at Delta. Please notice that I’m wearing my faithful Seiko 6309-7049 automatic in the pic. :D

The second pic is me shooting the [seized] spring bars off my Longines Hour Angle automatic re-issue with my S&W 5946 9mm...which was my duty weapon that I purchased when I resigned from the Cincinnati Police Department. Please notice the Omega loupe for extreme accuracy. :D

To answer your question, yes, it's the same style of 8-day clock that's in all three of those airframes. Whether they're Walthams, I can't answer as there may have been more than one contractor.

affirm, after some research this was the standard 8 day clock on all Navy aircraft from 1978-1990

Cool...and my badge, right?

And just to clarify...badge flashing at the badge bunnies, holster sniffers and light bar lickers is prohibited.

Those suckers are on eBay, usually for a few hundred bucks. I've thought about getting one for my airplane for nostalgia's sake (although the electric/quartz clock in it works just fine) but I don't have quite that much nostalgia.
And so says the joker with the wind-up watch, bitches! :D
