What comes after OCS?

My designator is SNA and I'll be going to OCS on December 1st. I spend my 13-16 weeks of pounding ground and then what? I know that most in my pipeline go to Pensacola for API, but I've also heard that some end up getting stashed before API. Even if I do go to API right after OCS, what happens after that?

API after OCS. You may get a stash job somewhere if there's a significant wait, but you'll also do IFS while waiting for API.

At some point before you complete API, you'll find out where you'll do primary: Whiting Field, Corpus Christi or Vance AFB. That's where you'll go after API. After Primary, it depends on what you select.

As long as scheds and the weather make it. A search might help you find more specific examples, but figure 6+ months.
