Snow in May? Ugh; cross CO off of the places to live list.
As someone who generally doesn't like the cold, I love CO. Denver is typically milder than you'd expect it to be and it's friggin AWESOME! I told the wife we're getting a second home there at some point. If you haven't spent much time there, fix yourself!

I would be interested to know the what the commercial pilots thoughts are on unrestrained kids? to me knowing some of the turbulence issues in the past I wouldn't fly my kids unrestrained.

They bought a ticket for their 18 year old son, and had the 18 month old as a infant to be held without a seat. They sent their 18 year old home early on another flight. They boarded their flight without mentioning anything. The 18 year old never checked in, so the seat was given to a standby passenger. The family acted like dipshits.

For some reason airline "horror stories" are popular now. There is a process for changing the name on a ticket. This is like trying to walk through security with a sword, then acting shocked and persecuted.

bad on the family for trying to get around the rules, still wouldn't fly with unrestrained kids.
