Question for anyone who knows the answer to this - I'm planning on swearing in Monday to the delayed entry program. I've been told that this will not affect this board and that it's a back up to if I get a N from this board. Can anyone confirm or deny that swearing in on Monday will not affect my Officer kits? Thank you.

No sir - he said it shouldn't affect my Officer kit, but the wording made me skeptical. He's a great recruiter but I don't want to swear in Monday if that may affect my Officer kit in any way.

Does anyone have an answer as to possible turnaround for this board? Also, I'm slightly confused about something. Does everyone get pro rec'd and THEN get final selected, or can you get final selected without getting pro rec'd? Basically, is being pro rec'd sort of like passing the "first round" of being selected for ocs. I was a bit confused as to what my recruiter told me. Good luck everyone!

I gave him another call and I think I understand now. On a side note, he seemed to believe that this board, and the SWO board on March 6th are both convening in May now. Is there any truth to these statements? Thank you for taking any time to reply to my questions, and thanks for all the work you do on this board keeping people up to date, sir.
Edit: Sorry he just called me back and said that my package was submitted for this supply board in February and that he thought I had missed the deadline that's why he brought up the May board. We're in Los Angeles, so he has a load of applicants.

Also, it says on your profile you are 31. I am afraid you have already aged out. Current SC PA age policy is waiverable up to 31 IF you are AD or have prior service. If you are currently 31, you are unable to be commisioned by age 31 and therefore are ineligible. I wouldn't be surprised if your app has not already been tossed.
