Supply Boards and scores

I was wondering if anyone could help me determine the likelihood of being selected for Supply. I went to a small liberal arts college with a BA in Chinese Culture and a minor in Business. My GPA from that college was a 2.9, however, my overall GPA from undergrad (I transferred in credit) is around a 3.4. I am currently working on a MA in Management (will have above 3.0 as a requirement for graduation). I have yet to take the OAR. How competitive is it, and what should I work on while applying?

You should really read around the boards to see how you compare to others selected. However, it's difficult to tell you where you stand only knowing your GPA. Supply boards depend on many different things, such as, GPA, letters of recommendation, motivational statement, interview and what leadership qualities you have.

After a paperwork fiasco and deciding to pay off all my personal debts from car, undergrad, I have decided to throw my hat back into the OCS ring in SUPPO.
Currently working toward my MBA, I hope my 57 6/7/7 will be enough to give me a fighting chance at 26. Will age be a discriminating factor for SUPPO as much as it would have for SWO and Pilot?

I don't think being 26 will hold you back, did you get your kit in for this board that just convened on 9 Nov?
No, I am reconstituting a packet from Oct '14 when I tried applying for SWO and Intel. After a non-normal color vision result, I decided to start my grad school program (now DQ'd from those designators)

Ok got it. I think based on your MBA and your OAR score you will have a fighting chance, I don't think your age will negatively impact you. But I am just another candidate so I'll let someone with better gouge weigh in.

My largest hurdle would be getting my packet put back together using LORs from my Nov '14 submission and assembling paperwork from a legal incident in 2012. Beyond those, I would like to have the packet submitted in its entirety before I turn 27. I know the boards can take a while for some designators, so I want to be fleet-footed in my submission this time around.

LOR's should be within 6 months like most other items signed and dated.

I suppose I need to be much more forward with the recruiter this time around to make absolutely certain the process does not drag on as it did the first 2 times I attempted to submit, especially considering some of my references have either retired or moved.

yes, you don't want to have happen to you what happened to one of my candidates, his application was sent back because the dates on a couple LOR's were 9 months old.

This said, it has happened to me before. In 2013, my application had portions which were past their shelf life, in 2014, I had a medical DQ in (which I am having my recruitment office appeal to N3M), and now that I am aware of my appeal opportunity, I am finding that the entirety of my application is past due.
I imagine my new packet will have a more interesting Motivational Statement this time around.

My sole concern at this point is not knowing precisely what they (N3M) needs as evidence to overturn their decision. The State of Florida does not make it especially easy to obtain your own legal documents.
