Also keep an eye on you OPSR. i had a bunch of random stuff added to mine that I have been trying to get corrected... Not sure if that is the norm.

Also a recent-ishly commissioned 1835. I did a standard 2 week AT last July then did ODS (ADT, but counts as this year's AT) this past October.

There is no reason you cannot do an AT prior to ODS, especially if you have prior experience.
@njac35 I got commissioned right with you and I will also be supporting a non-ODS AT this FY. Currently have NROWS and DTS approved for AT in Augusta at my unit this July. I watched the NROWS actions and it did get flagged for ODS MAS code but they approved / waived it since all the classes are full.

That is correct, I was told that as long as I was on the waitlist for ODS then I can still do AT.
All of the reserve seats are full for this FY but there are still plenty of active seats that have not been filled. I spoke with the quota control officer at OTC and was told that 16 days prior to class convening the left over seats from the active side are released to the wait list. So apply as soon as you can, you do not have to wait for systems to catch up or any of that jazz like the instruction says. There are plenty of E3's-E6's showing up and also some that says "Pending Navy Gain" on eNTRS.

Ah ok. What does “Pending Navy Gain” mean?

I'm not sure what the technical meaning is but in layman its like your in a holding pattern waiting for awhile and then whatever NRC your attached to will scoop you up and add you to their systems for admin purposes. I am sure there is alot more to it than that but for our purposes it's all we need to know.
