Get this, early feb. my packet was sent to the board with my first 300 pft score from dec. 2nd. I get a call from my OSO saying that the board was pushed back so I needed to run a pft the next day...this is also afer I had ran 5-miles and worked out. Still got a 300 but still kind of sucked not having any heads up. Welcome to the Marines right.

So if she commissions, you'll try seducing her with you PTF? You better shoot for a 300:icon_wink

Tell me about it. But I can take her for a flight out of craig, maybe she'll like that;)

JDFLYER< shit hot scores, glad we're not in the same district. BTW, what do you do for PT (run)?

Monday- 2 Miles for time (try and get under 12)
Wednesday- 1 mile running my absolute fastest (want an oxygen mask after :-p)
Thursday- PFT

And one day a week I do boots and utes run (4 or 5 mile) with a few kids I know that have been to jrs.
Just make sure one of your days is more than 3 miles, boots or not.

I found the 1 mile sprint to be pretty beneficial but I noticed a huge increase in performance when I got in to the groove of running and it became less of a "chore"
Also, listening to cadences helps me keep pace when I get tired.
