I am prior enlisted putting in a package to go to Navy OCS school. I know I need to get back in and I have everything in my mind made up that this is what I need to do. I graduated cum laude with a degree in management. I have 3 semesters left until I get my MBA. I am putting in for supply, intelligence and surface warfare. What is the board like? And do you have any advice or thoughts to give me!?

1. Search. These questions have been answered before.
2. Ask your recruiter. If you don't have an OR, contact one.

My GPA was 3.68 for my bachelors and I am 29. I know I will need a waiver for 2 of the 3.

So here is what is going to be difficult, SWO will only look at you if you put them 1 or 2, Intel and Supply generally pick only people that put them 1, given what you have told us I would put Supply as 1 and SWO as 2 and drop Intel

Concur w/ NavyOR

My one caveat would be: What was your rate? What civ jobs have you had (if any) since the Navy?

If you say "IS1" and "Cyber threat intel analyst for 3 years" that obviously changes what a recruiter will recommend back to you. The more details you give them, the more precise their gouge will be.

Makes sense. I was an office/operations manager for a window and pressure washing company after I got out of the military. I was a logistics specialist when I was enlisted. Suppo would be the best choice for me. I was just concerned because my oic told me they're only taking in 10% of applicants. I am going to get an OAR help book and study for that.
