I know! I'm pumped! I'm kind of concerned though because I injured my foot a week ago and haven't been able to run since; it's still hard to stand on my foot for too long. I've been doing RICE and ibuprofen. I just hope my foot heals in time and my cardio hasn't gone down the drain...

Hey brother, I know the struggle. I have been struggling with foot pain the past month myself. I have been supplementing my runs with stationary cycling. Just try to figure out ways to maintain that endurance whilst resting that foot. See you there.

Good idea. What kind of pain have you been having? My pain has pretty much subsided, but I'm still taking it really easy. I don't want to reinjure it before shipping out
