Nope. Latest update is that it's happening on the 20th.
Did your OSO ever say if the ASTB was pass fail or if the better score you got, the higher your chances?
Ya I've been told either board convenes the 20th or results come out the 20th/ 21st. As far as the ASTB, I've heard both sides. It's probably pass/ fail, but I'm sure a higher score only benefits you.

Yeah the date that I got when I did my board PFT was that it convenes the 20th. From what I gathered results could be a few days or a few weeks. I'm really hoping it's more on the few days side the wait sucks. Also heard the same deal with the ASTB - I think it is the Navy that really focuses on the individuals scores.

Repost from former OSO on MarineOCS.com regarding board results:

"the thing about results is that you will never know when they will come out. The board selects and then district boss will know the unofficial results. They may or may not tell us about a particular person we inquire about but if they do we will be instructed not to say anything until official results come out. Results do not become official until the General gets around to signing them and send them back to district. Then we won't get them until District gets around to emailing them to us, and then you won't get them until we get around to notifying you. That's how results work."

I was fortunate to be pre-selected back in March for Aviation. My OSO was saying that it would be convening around now. It took exactly a week for me to here back. As far as the competitiveness it can't truly be judged based on the selection rate of the 219 board for those of us pre-selected, however here are some of my stats off of the top of my head anyway.

Male, non prior, 27
ASTB: 7/7/6 OAR:59
ASVAB: 99
Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering University of Delaware
PFT: 264?
Strong LORs from employer, E8(Retired) w/ O8 Endorsement(Retired), Martial Arts Instructor

Good luck everyone.
Hope to meet you all there!
