My Current Eligibility for SWO IWC option?

I just want to know if I am understanding the information correctly.

Gender: Male
Age Requirement:

• 30 (currently enlisted)
• Most Recent Competitive EVAL: Must Promote, Individual Trait Average (4.00) with Summary Group Average at 3.69

Education:

• BA Psychology (UCSD)
• 3.135 on 4.0 scale

Physical: Passed Cycle 1 FY18, Validated Cycle 2 FY18
Aptitude:

• OAR 49
• Most Recent Competitive EVAL: Must Promote, Individual Trait Average (4.00) with Summary Group Average at 3.69

My Concerns:

1. Via Public.Navy.Mil, OAR minimum score for prior enlisted SWO (conventional) applicants is 40, but it does not seem to mention the OAR requirement for SWO IWC option.
2. Is there an “expiration” for Officer Appraisal Forms (NAVCRUIT 1131/5)? When searching these forums I found there is a discussion about LORs expiring after 6 months, and another discussion saying that only document with an “expiration” are medical paperwork. Thanks.
