How to get prepared for Summer PLC-Combined

What do i need to do physically to get ready for summer PLC-Combined, i.e, sit ups, push ups, running, pull ups; plus any other advice prescribed. Thanks for the help.

Run in boots / utes more than sneakers. (or get to twice per week anywasy)

Break in a new pair of running shoes about 60 days before you ship out.

memorize gen orders, leadership traits & princ / some MC history (main figures) ahead of time; since your mind will be frozen/sleeping during class.

that's all I got

oh shoot. .. CLIMB ROPE. Some people get down there never having clibed rope before. .bad move. Find a rope SOMEWHERE and making climbing part of your weekly routine. Get good at it. You'll be climbing quickly and with a pack/kevlar on.

i would weight train and not just for muscle but for endurance. do more reps and less sets. if you have the chance and there are hills or mountains around your area, you should take a pack and put your boots and hike for about five miles. get used to drinking water. ask your OSO for any info that you may need for academics as Rainman stated above.
