I didn't really know where to put this so i'm putting it here...

My dates just got changed again, and now all three of the Navy's recommended lodges are booked up. anyone have any recommendations for other hotels in the area?

Is the "Viking" still there? Sorta like the old San Carlos Hotel in Pensacola: there's been a lotta girls laid & OC's sh*t-faced in both places over the years.

I'm staying at the holiday inn express right now for house hunting. It's what you'd expect, nice facilities, pool/hot tub, gym, free wifi and free chow in the AM. Also has a Chili's next door, and while not a place i usually hang at, it does have a bar and a bunch of teenie bopper chicks. Its relatively close to base and out of the traffic fray of the waterfront area. Everything downtown is going to cost you an arm and a leg.
