Ladies and gents, I'm a current civilian trying to obtain a copy of my old flight physical from NAMI. I've called the website number, but have only managed to get transferred from place to place...

Does anyone have a direct number / email, or have any other insight? Thank you in advance.

My first one was in July 2009 and the second in September 2011.

Anyone w/ access to AERO should be able to get it for you. They'll just need your DODID. Actually, a self-serve version was supposed to be coming "soon," but yeah.
