So how does that even work? Are you a VA resident? Or can D.C. residents buy from Tidewater states (VA, MD) since D.C. is a kind of legal no-man's land?

I'm a VA resident. I wanted to stock up since I'm moving to MD soon. Most of the exhibitors are FFLs, so transfers are easy. They did my paperwork in about 10 minutes.
