Good afternoon,
I previously posted on here months ago seeking advice and thoughts on how I would stack up.
Currently I have been in the Navy for just over a year and a half as an IS2. I am at my first command, I earned a EP evaluation as an E-4 and made E-5 first cycle up. Also, completed my primary warfare pin (IDW) in four months at the command. Just this year I earned JSOQ and JSOY at my command. I took the OAR right when I showed up here to get a feeling and just a score to see where I was at. My OAR score is 46 with a 3.2 GPA in Criminology from Florida State University. I wanted to originally wait and get settled at my command, and earn respect before just putting the OCS package in. Now I feel as though a year here at the command I have worked hard and earned respect with awards and very early promotions. Being an intelligence specialist already would I have a better shot to apply for Intel? I was originally interested in aviation, but recently I have become less interested in that and more in supply and intel. But first and foremost my first goal is to be an officer. So I would not mind applying for Intel, Supply, SWO, and possibly add aviation. Any tips or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
