We are moving out to Corpus the first week in March and our house will be up for rent. There are plenty of places to live, but a friend of mine hooked me up here before she moved so I figured I'd pass it on.
If you plan to move to Corpus or if you are an NFO it's a good spot. Milton folks should live North Pensacola in between so they don't have to move twice (in my opinion).

No washer and dryer (hook ups of course though)
You take care of the lawn (no equipment here)
Out the back gate
20-25 minutes to the API building
Good neighborhood and good neighbors
Or you can always spend the money to live at Snug Harbor or Lost Key.

I also have a washer/dryer and all the lawn equipment that I'd be willing to part ways with for the right price.
PS I was in A pool for 4 months. NFOs and Erahs will class up faster.
