Depends on where you are dropping the family. To arrive, we all go through Providence as I understand it.

Providence is about 45 minutes to an hour from Newport. Its probably the best option.

I am putting in for Pilot/SWO here soon, I need to take my ASTB again to get a higher score. My scores were embarrasssssinggggggg.
He did mention that OAR competitiveness dropped though which could go either way..
