What is a great time in 1.5, amount of pushups, and situps in 2 minutes?

Look up the Navy PRT standards for your age group, where the latest version should be the 2016 version. According to the OCS website, we need to pass with a Satisfactory Medium for the Initial Strength Test on Wednesday of the first week. Then for the Out-PFA, we have to score Good, but it doesn't specify whether we need Low, Medium, or High.

I still haven't been able to see my results in BOL, and neither has my command. The only reason I know I was PROREC: Y was because I called up Mr. Ted Williams the Fleet OCS Processor. He also emailed me after stating the same thing. Not sure how this is going to effect me in the future when its time to start signing stuff.

I thought it was satisfactory medium for the IST, Good low/medium for the second test in the middle of OCS, and then Excellent low for the last one.

"On your second day of training you will be required to pass each portion of the Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) with a score of Satisfactory Medium. By the 9th week you will be required to pass each portion of the PFA with a score of Good Low."

Push-ups: 35 tops if I'm really pushing myself.
Run time: around 11:25
Curl-ups: around 60

I do all three exercises in 2 minutes with 5 minutes in between

I just finished the ten day routine and went up from 74 to 86 push ups. It works if you do it right! I did it wrong last time and didn't rest for the three days afterward and went down in my reps. Make sure you use that 3 day rest period after your 10th day.

My recruiter told me the other day to expect a 10 DEC 2017 date. Hopefully that will be accurate and I'll get FINSEL soon-ish.

Damn, pushing SWOs back as far as December? Arghhhhh. I don't need to leave tomorrow or anything, but a general timeframe from my recruiter would be cool. And real talk, I'm not sure how much longer I can stand living in the same house as my mother.....
