PRarce2, SOY is not a requirement, I've seen people getting selected that had less credentials that me. Have faith, but don't put all your eggs in the same basket. What about the rest of your stats?

I keep reading questions about the limit of words. If you read 1420.1b it clearly states "Limit your statement for EACH section below to between 200-250 words" Keep in mind that there's three sections in the motivational statement itself. My two cents.

What is the most effective way to show shop quals? e.j. CDI, Tire and wheel, Plane Captain etc. Those are in ASM. Should I include them in my personal statement?
