I'm on my way to Rhode Island is anyone meeting Friday night/when?

My orders say no earlier than 1200 on 28th and no later than 1100 on the 29th. Is any one staying in a hotel in Newport the 28th? I will be in Newport the afternoon of the 28th. Also, I could not find plain white socks, only white socks with gray toes and ankles. please advise?
