I will try to get more info from those selected once the full list posts or the OCM once I reach out out to my mentor. I think my biggest hurdle is my 11 years TIS, so nothing I can do to change that. Luckily, I have a few other options to pursue this year so I'll just keep pushing through.

You just need to send your TIS waiver request letter, and the CO's endorsement for the waiver. When you send your package in then they send those to the OCM for the waiver approval. Does that make sense?

I'm alternate for the second year in a row for NFO, disappointing as this my fourth time overall applying. But hey the guy that got the NFO spot had a better package, it makes sense. Better luck next year, I know where I need to tweak and fix things.
