Go to this link (http://www.med.navy.mil/sites/nmotc/nami/arwg/Documents/WaiverGuide/Complete_Waiver_Guide.pdf) and CTRL + F "FALANT", and you'll see the new backup to the color plates (as of 31 Dec 16) is "computer based color vision testing." I failed the color plate test at my NAMI Whammy...
