I tend to write out portions of what I'm trying to memorize repeatedly. I think it helps the brain retain the info. For example, writing the 1st general order 10 or 20 times (whatever it takes to memorize).....that's what helps me.- Berryman

In order to get your FINSEL the background investigation only needs to be started. Meaning an investigator has been assigned to conduct the investigation. It'll be months before it is complete (usually). -
