According to the two people that I spoke with, that is when the start date is. I seriously doubt that to be the case though, considering a class starts the week before and another starts 2 weeks after. I'm hoping it will be changed to the former.

Still waiting on the actual final select letter, but I got a call that my date to show up is October 15. I'm guessing that is going to change when I go in to sign on the dotted line. Nice to see things finally moving though :)

I did not initially. Apparently there is an expiration period on the forms that you submit for fingerprints of 90 days. My recruiter submitted them last fall and due to misplaced paperwork I didn't see a board until they had already expired. After pro-rec the fingerprints just said "invalid" (or...

Yeah... it is really irritating, especially when considering the classes that I should, by all accounts, have been in are graduating already. Essentially my recruiter was submitting fingerprints with an expired form number on them (they need a new number every time). In all I have submitted...

Going through this as well, nobody in my NRD seems to know anything other than it should be "any day now". Got pro-rec'd pilot/nfo back in April and for some bizarre reason, here I am still waiting. I have even tried to get a phone number for someone up in Newport to find out what the hold up...

Anyone else still waiting from the April SNA/SNFO board? Getting kinda bummed about this wait. After having to resubmit fingerprints twice (last one was digital scans) after Pro-Rec Y, and I keep getting told that "they need pilots and NFOs", I cannot help but feeling like I am missing something...

Taken this past weekend. I think I need a telephoto with a lower f-stop in the future. Hmm

Going in to redo my finger prints next week. I'm guessing that might be holding up my finsel?

Thank you! But nah, I have been through multiple recruiters, various surgeries that required waivers, a recruiter that was learning the ropes along the way (and unfortunately missed board submission deadlines and misplaced paperwork). A long(ish) road, but it will be damn worth it in the end...

I'm with you there. Only wanted to apply SNA, but got the same shtick from my OR as well.

Kinda wishing that I had done the same. Hopefully it is a non-issue.

I'm hoping to get in on this board, but it's going to be very close on time. Considering that I cannot see MEPS until early July (after 6 month Lasik post-op) and then going through the waiver process, I very well might miss it by a hair. I guess we will see, but I certainly have my fingers...

Just took the ASTB yesterday (April 14th) and I want to give thanks to everyone that has posted in here before me. 66 OAR 9/9/8. (really happy with this score) Study Materials Barrons- I liked this book the most. I do not feel that the math sections were really on par with the actual exam, but...
