my recruiting station i was helping at over oharp told me they had a big push for trying to find swo candidates. doesn't mean a lot will get selected, but not a bad sign for this candidate.

you need to bump up your OAR. Coming from a tier 1 university, like harvard or NYU in your case, you should be able to score higher than a 50 if you want intel. We had one kid in my class that went intel. Came from an elite liberal arts college, but his OAR was like a 68-72 score range...

As someone who just finished up ocs....don't do it. Swo looks miserable. I am so happy I dodged that bullet looking back. There are 2 very different mind sets between communities. The pilots are by and far much happier people. I'm so glad I got medically cleared the day before graduation...

i'm running in some really steady brooks running shoes. Was considering a minimalist style shoe for the cross training and obstacle courses we might have to do..... plus brooks are heavy as hell when it comes to doing leg raises. I've been running with super feet green Insoles as well...

Except most business schools don't weight gre less than gmat....if anything there is higher acceptances for lower gre scores. Gre won't hurt him in anyway. Ps. Mirin that 750

@RUFiO181 the answer to this question isn't a simple one. the first and foremost thing you need to ask yourself is what exactly do you want to do? If you are wanting to go into Top Tier consulting, you are going to need to take gmat because they require your scores in the application process...

what differentiates why they get that and others don't?

Its hard to tell... we never seen anyone in purgatory or in these select dates checking in. Hard to know who is going and from what board.

I was told by my recruiter so long as you don't do something stupid like get a DUI, get tossed into jail, or get a severe injury the final select will come.
