That class is FY 22 and should count as AT. The first FY 23 class is the October class.

Because the new FY in October, this is correct. I'm also in your ODS class (most likely) and have to do AT at the end of next month or risk not being good for the year.

If you aren't sure, why did you answer? It is combined GPA from all college and higher level courses. You can have one course from a university and that will even be factored in to your overall GPA.

I read it as there are no more applications accepted because of the dating of the excel document and the date of the board. Not necessarily no one will be picked up or the board is canceled.

Air Force is extremely competitive. Went through 4 recruiters for active duty and reserve and none would work with me unless I committed to a flying billet. They are really not picking up many non-rated civilian applicants.
