Has anyone had any experience with having a shoulder-length cut (bob) with a bit of your neck shaved underneath? I actually have a couple of inches shaved off underneath just to keep things cool in the summer, so I'm sure I'll have to grow it out before I go or chop it off.

Any idea how long the selection board takes to make its decision? Also, how long after you've been selected would you expect to go to OCS?
