I can't imagine ever needing to do 200 sit-ups especially not for a PRT. If you can do 100 in 2 minutes you will most likely max out your score depending on age and sex. just my 2 cents

Also, I don't know how many priors are here, but my own personal preference is synthetic underwear, like workout ones. Reason is we often get PT'd in the middle of the day in uniform then you just roll on to whatever else. At least that was how enlisted boot camp was for me.

No one ever knows when the board will take place, it seems most of time eventually the recruiters will know a few weeks prior. John Is right about the professionally recomended, which is the 1st step of a 2 step selection process, in my opinion it is the biggest hurdle of the selection process.

Where exactly did you find out what part of the test attributes to a high PFAR?

If you search hard enough online you can find a published paper where the navy had a 3rd party evaluate the ASTB, specifically the PBM section and in that paper it explains exactly what gives you a good score on the PBM

I'm not sure about going through a recruiter since I'm active duty I submitted my application directly. If your package was completely finished I don't see a reason for your recruiter to hold on to it for any extended length of time other than to make sure it is in fact correct and complete...

So the Captain that gave me my physical called and said that NAMI requested a letter from CNRC for my OCS package. If I am all set with my 2808 and 2807 medical forms do I need to worry about NAMI to submit my package?

So after scouring AW all night I've found out that ORDPRO'd means that the board has taking those kits and is waiting to view them. Otherwise the status is just received by PM. Is this correct, and if I get my kit emailed in slightly after the 5th is it for sure NOT going to make it to this...
