Offering a different reaction, I'm glad this post was made. As someone who went through a bit of hell at MEPS and is trying to find any info on what dq's people at NAMI/when the DQ takes place at OCS, I find this helpful. Best of luck inabearsuit.

Agonizing is right. When I was told it would be an average of 4 months between pro rec y and finsel, I didn't realize that each month would feel like an eternity.

Weird. My recruiter said that a letter would come in the mail to both of us and whoever got one first would contact the other person.

Are you guys finding out from your recruiter, or a letter in the mail?

So my recruiter is on leave until August 24th. If we submit the week he gets back will that be enough time to make the board if it is early September?

As AltiusOne said, thank you guys for the replies. My recruiter was the same,he used the ASTB to see how serious I was about the process. I got a 58 8/8/7 so hopefully we can semi rush this along. I have a few things that could hang MEPS up but hopefully I can get through it quickly.
