I was wondering if part of the running while at OCS involved sprint work? If so, how often is it done and to what degree? My gut instinct says there is sprint work there because several people I talked to in the past says the average run time drops approx 2min on the PRT by the time graduation...

Kab, The standard price was $800 per eye, but like a used car I negotiated!The price was the same for Lasik or PRK. Guess all this insurance work is paying off!

I was 20/40 pre-op in each eye and now I am 20/15 post-op. I had PRK in Jan '03 in Columbus Ohio at Lasik Vision Institute for $199 per eye. PRK waiver was accepted in July. Sorry but I have no reliable gauge on the status of the study at this time.

Thanks everyone, what a trip this has been! I do my PRT next week which should look something like 90pu, 85su, and 11min run. I assume I'll have my OCS date in the next month or two. No rush, I've waited this long!!
