Yup and some of the guy found out they were NPQed for flight 3 or 4 days before graduation. They said NAMI doesn't review your OCS flight physical till at least CandiO phase. It's pretty messed up how the system works.

If you're flying in, they only give you 1 travel day. If you are driving they give you 3 or 4 days to travel. They reimburse you base off a flat per diem rate for lodging (can't remember the rate). Drivers are reimburse at I think $.24/mile rate. So you booking a stay in Newport for a week...

Nope you have to take a taxi or one of the shuttles to the base. As long as your travel expenses are under $75 you don't need a receipt.

That's the latest update to the OCR. I just commissioned 14 Mar and that's the version we had. They are in the process of coming up with an updated version to omit some stuff out of RLP, but no timetable as to when it'll be released.

Bro I'm currently in OCS Nd just a warning if you really want SNA than you don't wNt to tip toe around that age limit. There are some events that if you fail, they roll you back to the next junior class. If that happens than it sets you back 3 more weeks.

1390 is the designator for Student Naval Aviator (SNA) and 1370 is the designator for Student Naval Flight Officer (SNFO). I believe once you get winged than you are designated 1310 and 1320 respectfully.

I'm in the same boat PQ, already got a secret clearance, and active. I'm still waiting for my FINSEL. I wish they would let me know at least for planning purposes.
