Hello folks,

Just a short question follows: when the airlines are opening the headhunting season for military pilots, who is their most wanted people? USAF multi-engines guys from bombers or tankers? Which is their preferrence? Is there any difference in the recruiting ways between main and regional lines? Cargo services - are they interested in former airlift military pilots more than the others? Just common sense - if somebody in military has flown essentially the same airframe, is it wise to employ him/her first?

Thanks.

Are you kidding me? Really? One hasn't to have a pilot experience to be the drone operator. It's like Harvard MBA holder with a shovel beneath the coal hill... Or maybe you mean that drone operators from USAF are the most wanted by lines due to their lack of real piloting skills so it is easier to teach them to fly real big airplane?
