Athletics: 4 years of D1 Ice Hockey - this is what I am banking on to give me some extra street cred! Given that my scores/package seem lacking compared to others on here.
Who did you play for/when?

BU...no not the good one - Bentley University. 2007-2011. Could have gone and played in the CHL/ECHL/Europe but was too burnt out for minor pro hockey. You were a ref, you know the grind it can be...figured I would start a new challenge. Actually putting together an application to try for the Marines if the Navy doesn't like me. What leagues did you ref?
24/M
Marine Pilot
ASTB: 55 6/6/7
College: Tufts University
GPA: 3.51
Major: Economics
ACT: 31
I was captain of my lacrosse team and we won the DIII National Championship my senior year.
Did 150+ community service in High School.
In good shape, haven't run the PFT yet, but doing max sit ups, 15 pull ups, 20 min 3 mile.
LOR's:
Lt. Col. Marine Corps (retired)
E-3 Army (retired)
2 professors
Dean (have to have for the Marines)
Lacrosse Coach
Going for OCS class 210 in January
Nice stats...its crazy how valuable doing pullups is for the Marine package. When is the deadline for the January class applications?
Interesting. Just curious, how do you measure pull-ups? Just, total number you can do on the bar in a given time span? Does hand position matter? Is kipping allowed?Nice stats...its crazy how valuable doing pullups is for the Marine package.
