Trying to get some information on this since I can't seem to find any information anywhere. If one is passed over one time for major, are they still able to deploy?
Due to certain events I am looking at being passed over (once, if not twice), but I still want to deploy. Timeline-wise I would be deploying a month or so after finding out about being passed over. Would this preclude me from deploying? Does anyone have any experience with this?
