NEWS "Water Bomb" Microburst? WTF, this isn't in my EPs!!

So apparently there is this weather phenomenon called a "water or rain BOMB" that is a variation of the microburst. What the EP be for avoidance and escape be for this mass of water and microburst falling on your plane be?

Plane wash??!! Hell, I think this also handles the engine cleaning also!

Funny though, we would always try and find a rain storm to fly through while onstation in the P3 to clean the plane off (all that excess oil and salt right?!) before RTB... I guess the P8 won't be able to do that up at FL250?
