Only need Boat CO's permission to push an aircraft overboard. The ABs would happily do it with or without tilly.

Doing DCA's with 4 working Harriers on an LHD... IS NOT A THING!

If you are a Harrier guy and this offends you, grow some thicker skin. It wouldn't even be a viable strategy with 4 F-35s, or 4 F-22s.
