Does anyone know When should we get notice the board has completed the selection
Since the board isn't until April 28th, where selections are made, usually the comm message is sent within a few days and notified by recruiter from there... somebody correct me if this is not right, but that was what was explained to me.

I've heard similar information, but all a learning curve for me being my first time applying.

Good news is I was able to get my DAU course certificates for the PQM cert. that I forgot to submit into my package at the last minute. I didn't think it would be useful to submit them since I didn't have the DAU PQM certification. I talked to LCDR AMDO buddy of mine, and he said most certainly get those in your package. Not sure if you all heard different about getting course certificates that lead to a DAU certification in your package or not???

If I remember right, in some of the community briefs they want DAU cert after o3 for the professional progression, so I dont see how it could hurt to have them. Any certifications seem to look good.

Just a few weeks away, still curious how many applicants dropped packages.

That would be nice to know.

Yessiree, hurry up and wait!

Question: I had 4 professional interviews and this board's processor apparently only wanted 3, so they pulled an O6 with perfect scores out....Anybody else hear they limit the interviews to only 3? I saw it was a "minimum" of 3, but they said this processor treats minimum and maximum the same...Not sure I'm getting the whole story and not sure how an additional O6 AEDO interview would hurt...

I would need to pull the checklist but I belive there's a note in there saying max of 3 interviews. Many reasons behind it to include both the applicant and interviewer. But if you think you're a very competitive applicant with very good stats, you shouldnt feel the need to have to complete a fourth interview.

Thank you for the quick followup. I'd heard rumors of upwards of 5-6 for other applicants. Originally my OR thought we needed 2 AEDO and 2 AMDO for the dual board, so actually had to call in a last minute favor to get the 2nd, however, now I feel bad for having the interviewer jump through a tight timeline and interview and complete the documents. But we'll see how it plays out, like you said, if you're competitive 3 should do it, we'll just have to see if my idea of competitive and the boards align! Thanks again, like the rest of the applicants here, just waiting waiting waiting.

I had on a total of six, but my first three were with 2 1527's and 1 1520. I heard they wanted 1525's because that's what you're applying for, so I scrambled at the last minute and found two O-5's and 1 O-4 (1525) to complete. My OR never told me that they were only going to accept 3 although.

Waiting game indeed.
