I would like to know the responsibilities of an ensign to a junior lt as well as whether there is a security promotion involved within these ranks?
I've searched pretty extensively, so I don't think I missed the answer to this question, but I may have. Anyway, can someone breakdown the number of supply ENS/LTJG on the different platforms? I know that on subs and MCM there is only one, but can't find any on other platforms (CVN, CG, DDG, FFG, PC, LCS, LHA, LHD, LPD, etc). Also, what about air squadrons? Thanks in advance!
I never set foot on a ship when I was enlisted. Hopefully I get with Seabees or SEALs.
Just remember that Seabee battalions are very few these days.I never set foot on a ship when I was enlisted. Hopefully I get with Seabees or SEALs.

I don't want to threadjack, but that is terrible!!!! You absolutely HAVE to get your SCW (seabee combat warfare) pin to put on O4 as a CEC with how tight things are getting and the only way to do that is to go to a Battalion.very true, more than a few CEC officers could complete their four year obligation without going to Battalion, one of mine has gone from PW to PW with a promise the next tour will be Battalion, I know of only one of my guys I put in CEC who was able to go Battalion right out of OCS
