A Texas State Trooper pulls over a car with two dudes in front.
He walks up to the driver's door and has to motion the driver the driver to roll the window down. Then he has to ask for the DL and Insurance. The Trooper goes to his car, then comes back with a ticket, explains what to do, then pulls out his ASP and whacks the driver across the head.
The driver, shocked and startled asked, "what was that for?" The trooper replied, "Boy, when a Texas State Trooper pulls you over, you have your window down, and your DL and insurance waiting for him".
The driver said, "yes sir, yes sir." The trooper then told the driver to wait there, walked around to the other side, and had the passenger roll HIS window down. He then whapped the passenger across the face with the asp. The passenger exclaimed, "what was THAT for"?
The trooper calmy answered, "just making your wish come true". Of course the man said, " what the hell? I would never wish for that".
The trooper said in a low voice, "if I had not done that, you boys would have gotten about 3 miles down the road, you would have looked over at your buddy driving and with bravado said, 'I wish that SOB would of tried that crap with ME".
