The November board is only for Fleet applicants and NFO.So there’s still a November board correct? And what about ISEL? Are they still being reviewed independently

I can totally see how you would say that and it makes perfect sense. But lately there’s been so many immediate selects that they’ve even changed the wording on the board schedules to say “ packages are forwarded to the OCM for review for the next regularly scheduled board”. So they did make it really confusing. I think ultimately it’s up to each different OCM how they want to do it.ISEL isn’t an actual board.

My apologies guys! You’re right they did change the wording. For some reason, my mind had remembered the wording that they put on the FY26 board schedule. The board schedule doesn’t even say that for ISEL.
It's not so much that I-SEL is its own board, it's just that there's so many I-SEL candidates lately for SNA that it pretty much is "replacing" the standard board since I-SEL has been filling the quotas before the actual board convenes hence why so many board cancellationsSo based off of that, are ISEL applicants still reviewed whenever they have enough or they’re now just getting dumped into whatever the next pilot board is. My recruiter said ISEL applicants were their own board whenever they had enough of them, that just happened to be around the regularly scheduled board time anyways.
Why are you worried about boards? You're an I-SEL applicant, correct? It doesn't affect you. The OCM reviewing packets is entirely independent of the board. Sometimes they review packets just prior to the board convening, but they're not beholden to it, and board cancellations don't impact that process. Regardless, boards are closed for the year, so there shouldn't be another one until July, barring some exception like the March 2026 board.Dang so is the next SNA board that’s open going to be in February?
Now i'm just confused. I asked a while ago if NFO was cancelled for this upcoming board and I was told no boards until fy26. My recruiter even said it's cancelled for NFO.View attachment 46213
Oct 11th packets due for civilians. The november board is only open to fleet applicants and all NFO though.
Could've changed since I last got the info. I saw the board schedule with my recruiter as recent as September 11.Now i'm just confused. I asked a while ago if NFO was cancelled for this upcoming board and I was told no boards until fy26. My recruiter even said it's cancelled for NFO.
