Seriously? After 20+ years of dopplers, SAR ops and serious dust landings, the only compressor stall I ever encountered was due to a couple of first stage compressor blades blowing out the IPS blower with a few small pieces going back into the engine. That was while doing an engine stress test after engine replacement as an MTP. It takes a decent amount of salt spray, way more than the Apaches encountered, to even cause a HIT check to fail.
Granted, Army aviators, heck even non-MTP Navy aviators are somewhat clueless about how their flying affects the equipment.
