Lol. What part of the PRT are you slacking on? I am not an athletic guy, but I am a big guy both in height and weight, and I can barely break doing 25 pushups in 2 minutes. Thats better than 0 which it was like 3 months ago 😂😂
Former fatty here (6'0 and used to weigh like 270 lol). I was a football player, so I started with a decent baseline, but the same rules are still applicable. If you take your goal number of pushups and multiply that by 4 or 5, and hit that number every time you do a pushup workout, that's the fastest way to increase your max rep count. For example, if your goal is 50 in 2 mins, hit 250 in the workout every single time. It doesn't matter if its 10 sets of 25 or 25 sets of 10, just hit the number. I would recommend hitting 1 set of max pushups first just to track progression but you do you. I used to barely be able to do 30 or 40 unbroken and this method has skyrocketed me up to doing 100+ without even thinking about it

My biggest problem is that I just need to eat. I sometimes find myself just sitting there at the end of the day just being like "Oh, shit, I need to eat something. I've only had a snack and soda" Pretty much just starve myself by having a european breakfast sometimes

My recruiter asked me about how many pushups I could do and plank and all that and was like, “good… now please for the love of god bulk.” 😂😂

Yeah, I'm sitting at 135 (Same weight since I left Highschool 6 years ago) at 5' 10". Definitely gonna be buying GNC 1340 or something like that because it also doesn't help I just despise making food. 😂

I’m at about 145-150. Eating just kinda feels like more of a chore than something I enjoy. A busy schedule + zyns and energy drinks definitely don’t help tho 😂.

Just sneak in olive oil into everything you eat, it’s never about how full you feel anyways for purely bulking purposes so cram as much liquid in calories as you can 💀 just make sure the bulk don’t go too well lol

If you’re looking to put on weigh, look into shakes. Had a roommate who could cram 1000 calories into a 16 oz shaker bottle. Protein powder is a super easy way to get extra calories in.
Drinking your calories is always the fastest and easiest way to gain weight haha

But yeah a shake of protein powder, peanut butter, whole milk, and a banana takes 3 mins to assemble and will into existence and depending on how big your blender cup is can range from 700-1200 calories and is generally healthy enough
