It appears you have allowed the group of idiots at AirWarriors.com forum to continue to search, slander my reputation as a former Navy veteran. In doing so, you allowed yourself, and all the other airwarriors members subject to a "defamation of character"law suit..

Should I be brought into a court of law to prove my status as a Navy veteran, you will be sued for your actions prescribed by law..

It is to you to inform your members on what you have allowed. One more slander and my attorney will be contacting you and your lawyer..

    Best Wishes,

    Skeeterman

Skeeterman, you're a freaking nutjob. You lost, that's life, get over it. You were never a Navy pilot, never will be, never could be. The reason we continue this thread is to point and laugh at your pathetic life, rubbing it in your face if you will. One would think on the net you could get away with lies but you couldn't even do that. That's truly pathetic A real man would count his losses and continue on, leaving it be. I suspect that won't be the case.
There are only three things the copilot should ever say:
    1. Nice landing, Sir.
    2. I'll buy the first round.
    3. I'll take the ugly one.

You know Bunk, I honestly thought this was a done deal a year ago. He was asked to present his credentials, and when we waited a couple weeks for a response (I knew he read the PM), and he continued to lurk the site, we ended up banning him. This subject died quite awhile ago in my book, and to many of us on the forum. But, his attacks against A4s, myself and VLJ are now getting out of hand.

Hate to nit-pic, but what is a "former Navy Veteran"? Does it mean he is no longer a Navy veteran, but was at one time? In the past?

And on another side note; has he ever established his bonafides? Once he sends us his lineal number WE are in deep do do?

Here's the latest from Skeeterman from this morning. There are numerous Fred Barnes in Kansas. And isn't it amazing that now he refers to it as a libel matter?

    TO: ksufly

There wouldn't been any thought of a libel suit, until my real name appeared on AirWarriors forum...Fred Barnes. And when that happen it became a libel legal matter in the written form..

I will not show a copy of my DD214, or any other military records.. However, here are some photos of some value that I gave to my country.

That's a real reach and if that's all he can produce as testament to his service (that certificate is not hard to get, I'd want to see something from the service that any vet has plenty of and probably on a wall somewhwere). Skeeter has repeatedly said he is Harold "Skeeter" McEachern both here and on VLJ??? Can't he decide on who is is and is he related to a real Korean era Naval Aviator by name of McEachern? Perhaps we should try to reach a certain Mr McEachern in Ft Meyers to cleear this up. Maybe they know each other or are even related???

Time to re-enter the fray! The Cold War Cert was authorized in 1998 by SECDEF and the ONLY req of note is that you must have served at least ONE day in government service.

    http://www.uspharmd.com/usmc/Cold_War_Certificate.html

So proving that you are a Retired CAPT with an award like that is absurd. How about his Winging Cert or his Commission? Oh, that's right, too hard to fake those, I guess. Seriously.

What he sent you doesn't prove a thing. Besides, we never said that he didn't serve but rather that he was never a naval aviator or an officer.

BTW, we don't need to see his DD-214 & I wouldn't believe it if he produced it as it is so easily forged. See here: http://www.pownetwork.org/phonies/phonies19.htm

Dig a little deeper, and there's a link to preview certificate. I'm pretty good with Photoshop and could easily make one for myself. I'm not saying that is what he did, but again - hardly proof of service, or more importantly as being a Naval Aviator:

They're talking on PM network on a Crappie Forum. KSU = Kansas where Skeeter fishes so maybe he's appealing to his state loyalty or whatever

Umm...if that's supposed to be the letter that goes along with the Korean War Service Medal from the ROK government...the legit copies I saw were much more personalized(i.e. had recipient's name, and was signed by the ROK President in 2000).

Any aviator who had "been there, done that" would have plenty of bona fide other memorabilia to show for it. These docs show up in antique markets or can be had without much effort and don't point to the person being a bona fide Naval Aviator. And only one of those would know what those items are....Skeeter might have some nice fishing lures and a bunch of flight jackets and patches he bought on eBay

Exactly...who in their right mind would use a Cold War Certificate to prove they were a bona fide veteran???

I got lots better stuff than that if I ever needed it...hey come to think of it, I never "ordered" my Cold War Certificate on line either...
