I brewed a co-operative batch with my buddy a few weeks ago, and transferred it into tertiary this week. We cracked the lid, and..... it resembled floating cotton balls on the surface. One of the biggest regrets of my life will be not taking a picture. But, it tasted decent, and we were able to siphon most of the beer out without taking the floaties, so it might be a victory yet. I'm an almost 27yr old guy, I want to be an officer in the Navy or USMC unfortunately I only have an AOS in Hospitality from Le Cordon Bleu but I do not want to stay in the hospitality field (nor the civilian sector) so I started my schooling over again, geared towards Aviation.
