Why is it so hard to get anything added into a OMPF?

Follow up: JPME finally added to my OSR. Took 4 months. I'm not sure what actually got it in since I emailed the RC JQS Mgr twice and emailed PERS 911 twice. No response to either email from PERS; at least the RC JQS responded and followed up about it.

Not in my OMPF yet, but I'm not pressed about that. The selection board goes off your OSR for certs.

Update: After 7 months and constant nagging of PERS 435, I got my transcripts entered into my OMPF and OSR updated.

However, they entered the wrong graduation year into the OSR; second time they've done that. Not worth complaining about at this stage.
